SWLLC can only assist people who live, work or study in Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth.

Wandsworth Law Centre forms part of a network of Law Centres which cover the South West of London (South West London Law Centres). The other branches are located in Croydon, Kingston & Richmond, Merton and Sutton.

SWLLC provides specialist legal advice and representation in: Community Care Debt Employment Housing Immigration Welfare Benefits - Upper Tribunal cases only You can also receive general, initial advice at one of the SWLLC evening clinics in the following areas of law: • Consumer • Crime • Employment • Family • General Contract • Housing (public/local authority) • Housing (private) • Immigration • Motoring offences • Personal injury • Small Claims • Wills and probate The Clinic offers one-off legal advice (but not representation) and is run on a drop-in, first-come first-served basis. You do not need to be eligible for legal aid. The Clinic can get very busy so we cannot guarantee that everyone will be seen. You may wish to arrive early but please note that doors do not open until 7pm.

Criteria • We can only assist people who live, work or study in Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth. • To see a solicitor or caseworker at the Law Centre you will need to be eligible for Legal Aid and to make an appointment by telephone. • Please contact the nearest Law Centre which covers the area of law you need. If they cannot help then contact any other Law Centre on this list covering that area of law. • We do not advise or act for landlords or employers.
